About Venify
Venify is a web application developed by The Beck Group aimed at providing a platform for vendor registration and validation. It provides vendors with a rapid, online, secure mechanism for updating and submitting registration information, and it allows us to connect that information with our billing system, payment validation processes, and our subcontractor pre-qualification system.
Fast
The latest web technologies have been used to develop the Venify app to ensure a smooth user experience. The registration form fields have been streamlined, and Venify's in-app message module helps organize your communication with Beck.
Paperless
All information is submitted digitally, including documents for verification such as your W-9, MWBE certificates, address verification and payment verification. Once you have submitted your information, it is routed to Beck for approval. At any time after approval, you can go back and add an address, revise your MWBE information, or update banking information. Simply re-submit and Beck will be notified of your changes. You can see where you are in the approval process at any time.
Secure
Our database is hosted on Microsoft's Azure cloud servers, which provide security features such as multiple levels of firewalls, data encryption and user access management. Venify also adds an additional encryption layer to protect your sensitive data.
